The Ugly Organ
You may be wondering: Where does this site's name come from?
If you weren't, I don't care. It is named after one of my favorite albums, The Ugly Organ, the fourth studio album released by Omaha, Nebraska band Cursive (coincidentally, one of my favorite bands!) in 2003. The Ugly Organ has more of an art rock-y sound compared to Cursive's previous albums (which are just as great please listen to Cursive), and it is a concept album about the main character, The Ugly Organist, struggling through love and life, with really awesom super cool connections & transitions between tracks. I dont want to go TOO in depth in this little blurb here, but I highly encourage you to listen to the album because not only does it sound incredible, the lyrics and whatever are like,, SO EPIC
